We will always try to meet our customers' needs; therefore, all issues and faults relating to the product can be assessed by our team within fourteen days of purchase. 

Simply contact us via our website, and we will send you an email with a QR code to return the item for free, which you can use to print the label at your local parcel shop or locker. 

UK shipping fees are included in our subscription option, saving you even more.

UK STANDARD 2 - 4 working days: rate £3.16

UK PRIORITY 1 - 2 working days: rate £4.00 

For the best fit, we strongly recommend providing your exact measurements.  We understand that this may not always be possible at the time of purchase, so we've added a size guide for your ease. Please note DDD is equivalent to an E cup. 

Product materials vary across our subscription sets and are crafted from durable fabrics for longevity and quality. Although, lingerie is called delicates for a reason. For best keep, we suggest handwashing and avoiding machines to maintain condition. Our washing instructions page provides great insight to help you along the way.
